Services
Velasquez Auto Spa LLC offers mobile auto detailing services, including interior detailing, exterior detailing, maintenance services, add-ons, and restoration-related services.
Service results may vary depending on the vehicle’s age, condition, materials, previous damage, stains, odors, paint condition, and level of contamination. We always aim to provide professional results, but some stains, scratches, odors, or defects may not be fully removable.
Booking Requests
Submitting a booking request through our website, phone, email, or social media does not guarantee an appointment. Appointments are only confirmed once Velasquez Auto Spa LLC reviews the request and confirms the date, time, service, and location.
We may contact you to request additional details, photos, or information about your vehicle before confirming your appointment.
Customer Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting a service. This may include your name, phone number, email address, service location, vehicle type, requested service, and any relevant details about your vehicle’s condition.
Velasquez Auto Spa LLC is not responsible for delays, missed appointments, or service issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Pricing
Prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary depending on the vehicle size, condition, level of dirt, pet hair, stains, odor, excessive trash, or additional labor required.
Large SUVs, minivans, work vans, work trucks, heavily soiled vehicles, or vehicles requiring extra attention may be subject to additional charges. Any additional charges will be discussed with the customer before service begins whenever possible.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance. Accepted payment methods may be confirmed at the time of booking.
Velasquez Auto Spa LLC reserves the right to refuse future services if payment is not completed.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to provide access to the vehicle may affect future booking availability.
Velasquez Auto Spa LLC reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, unsafe working conditions, equipment issues, traffic delays, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our control.
Mobile Service Requirements
Because we provide mobile auto detailing services, the customer must ensure there is a safe and legal area for us to work around the vehicle.
The work area should provide enough space to safely access the vehicle. The customer is responsible for ensuring that service can be performed at the requested location without violating property rules, parking restrictions, apartment policies, business regulations, or local laws.
Vehicle Access
The customer must provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled appointment time. This includes access to the interior, trunk, cargo areas, and any areas included in the requested service.
If access is not available when we arrive, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, documents, money, electronics, car seats, child seats, and fragile items before the service begins.
Velasquez Auto Spa LLC is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle. Any items found during cleaning may be placed aside or left in the vehicle.
Pre-Existing Damage
Velasquez Auto Spa LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, defects, loose parts, broken clips, weak paint, peeling clear coat, cracked leather, damaged trim, electrical issues, or other conditions already present before service.
We may document the vehicle condition before service begins when necessary.
Service Limitations
Some stains, odors, scratches, water spots, oxidation, paint defects, and contamination may not be fully removable. Results depend on the vehicle’s condition, material type, previous maintenance, and severity of the issue.
We do not guarantee complete removal of deep stains, permanent odors, mold, mildew, heavy scratches, paint defects, or damage caused by age, neglect, spills, pets, smoke, chemicals, or previous improper cleaning.
Before and After Photos
Velasquez Auto Spa LLC may take before-and-after photos for service documentation, quality review, and business records.
Photos used for marketing will avoid showing private personal details whenever reasonably possible. If you do not want your vehicle photos used for marketing purposes, please let us know before or during your appointment.
Weather and Safety
Appointments may be delayed, paused, or rescheduled due to rain, storms, extreme heat, extreme cold, high winds, unsafe conditions, or poor visibility.
Velasquez Auto Spa LLC reserves the right to stop or reschedule service if conditions are unsafe for our team, the customer, the vehicle, or the surrounding property.
Customer Satisfaction
We aim to provide high-quality service and customer satisfaction. If you have a concern about your completed service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.
Any concerns should be reported within a reasonable time after the service is completed. Velasquez Auto Spa LLC may request photos or additional details to better understand the concern.
